Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Marketing Sales & Business Development Manager with 6–7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and offering digital marketing solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Pitch and sell digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content & Website Solutions
• Conduct client meetings (in-person & virtual), understand their marketing goals, and propose customized solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions.

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of proven experience in

  digital marketing sales/business development

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, etc.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
