Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the local market, building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships, developing and executing growth strategies for the Kochi / Calicut region, conducting market and competitor research, representing SpiderWorks in local industry events and business forums, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, as well as tracking and reporting on business performance and regional KPIs. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services. A strong understanding of the Kochi/ Calicut market and local business ecosystem is essential, along with proven leadership experience in managing regional operations or teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills are crucial, and a strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial outlook will be highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and experience with CRM tools and business reporting is considered an advantage.
