Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping Alankrit’s marketing strategies by analysing consumer behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends to drive informed decisions and optimise brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital and offline channels.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Assist in segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for various customer groups.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance and customer experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
