Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in graphic design and video editing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various marketing campaigns and enhance the overall digital presence of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.).
• Create visually appealing and engaging content using design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
• Manage social media accounts, and create posts, banners, and other multimedia content.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns.
• Optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and brand voice.
• Analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager.
• Experience in video editing and creating content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
