Digital Marketer

Position: Digital Marketer Company: MoonAir Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ghaziabad, Ghukna Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, search engine, email marketing, display advertising) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Manage and optimise the company’s website (moonair.in) and online presence to improve traffic, user experience, conversions and SEO. Create and curate engaging content (blogs, posts, visuals, infographics, videos) tailored to target audiences for home appliances, air coolers, LED TVs etc. TradeIndia+1 Monitor, analyse and report performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI) and use insights to refine strategies. Coordinate with the design team, product team and sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with product launches, promotions and business goals. Manage and optimise PPC (Google Ads, social ads) budgets, targeting, bidding and creatives. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices, particularly as relevant to the home appliance / consumer electronics sector. Assist in building and maintaining the brand’s voice and identity online, and engage with the audience on social media platforms. Support email marketing efforts: list management, segmentation, scheduling, content creation, reporting. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers or vendors if needed for specialised tasks (video production, influencer marketing, graphic design). Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in digital marketing role — ideally in consumer goods, electronics or home appliances. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content. Creative mindset with ability to think out-of-the-box and execute innovative campaigns. Data-driven and analytical — able to interpret metrics, generate insights and take action. Good organisational and project-management skills — able to handle multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with website CMS, basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Team player but also able to work independently.
