Role Overview

Digital Insights Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Performance Tracking & Dashboard Management

  • Build, maintain, and update

    dynamic dashboards

    in

    Power BI

  • Automate reports to reduce manual work and enable faster decision-making.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

    for ads and organic content across Meta, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.


Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Interpret post-wise and ad performance to identify high-impact content formats, targeting strategies, and optimization areas.
  • Apply statistical techniques

    and machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, recommendation) to gain deeper campaign insights.
  • Analyze unstructured datasets

    (comments, hashtags, trends) to gauge audience sentiment and inform creative direction.
  • Identify selection biases, sampling errors, and data normalization needs to ensure accuracy in reporting.


Visual Reporting & Communication

  • Create impactful, visually engaging charts and infographics for campaign decks.
  • Present insights in an actionable narrative format

    for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate analytics into platform-specific recommendations

    for the creative team.


Collaboration & Campaign Alignment

  • Partner with the Ads Manager to monitor campaign pulse and adjust targeting or content as needed.
  • Work closely with social media teams to align paid and organic strategies.


Data Governance & Best Practices

  • Maintain high data quality standards, flag inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Keep track of emerging analytics tools, data security practices, and political campaign compliance norms.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related analytical discipline.


Experience & Technical Skills

  • Minimum requirement:

    Proficiency in

    Power BI

    for dashboard building and analytics.
  • Proven experience in campaign or digital performance analytics, preferably in political, social impact, or entertainment sectors.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Google Data Studio, Airtable, Notion is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of data science tools such as Python or R is a plus


Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills in

    Tamil and English

  • Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and adaptable to rapid campaign changes.
