Job Description

The Digital Insights Analyst will be responsible for tracking, interpreting, and presenting data that drives campaign strategies. This role ensures that decisions are backed by accurate analytics, helping the organization and clients stay ahead of digital trends.

Responsibilities:

Data Tracking: Monitor performance metrics across all digital properties.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly insights reports for leadership and campaign teams.
Trend Analysis: Identify audience behavior patterns, trending topics, and emerging opportunities.
Competitor Benchmarking: Track and analyze competitors digital performance for strategic insights.
Collaboration: Work with the paid ads, social media, and content teams to optimize campaigns based on findings.
Tool Management: Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for easy access to real-time data.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
Prior experience in analytics for digital campaigns or brands.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, and data visualization software.

Minimum Qualification:

1 2 years of experience in a digital analytics role.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic data visualization capabilities.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
