DevOps Team Lead

As an experienced infrastructure engineer, you will be responsible for building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructure. You should have a good understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Your expertise should also include working with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain infrastructure using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Utilize configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for automation. - Implement containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. - Develop and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. - Monitor systems using tools like Nagios, implement logging solutions like Elasticsearch, and handle scripting tasks with languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby. - Configure Lamp, MEAN/MERN servers and manage networking, security, and databases effectively. - Implement microservices architecture and serverless computing for efficient operations. - Lead cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and foster collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams. - Make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts with problem-solving abilities. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in building automated infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms, configuration management, and containerization tools. - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby. - Experience with monitoring systems, logging solutions, and server configuration. - Knowledge of networking, security, and database management. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing. - Team management and mentorship abilities. - Excellent decision-making, prioritization, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
