The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in Spring framework including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. You should be proficient in developing Web Services using JSON, REST, JAX-RS, and Spring-based REST services. A solid understanding of Java and J2EE/Java EE technologies such as servlets, JSP, JSF, and JDBC is essential. Experience in Java Multithreading and working with databases like MySQL, Mongo, and Casandra is required. Familiarity with development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, CircleCI, and Artifactory will be beneficial. Proficiency in web application servers such as Tomcat, Jetty, and JBoss is also desired. Candidates should have experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), code testability standards, and testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) model is a plus.
