DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.

* Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).

* Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.).

* Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems.

* Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline software delivery.

* Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

* Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.

* Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

* Maintain and improve disaster recovery, backup, and failover strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Good knowledge of containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.

Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.

Expertise in automation & configuration management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.

Experience in monitoring & logging tools: Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch.

Familiar with version control tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.

Scripting knowledge: Shell, Python, or Groovy.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
