You will be responsible for updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures, as well as documenting and communicating the outcomes of your efforts. Additionally, you will conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and findings, while prioritizing initiatives according to business needs. Collaborating closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff will be crucial in this role. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English languages is required for effective communication.
