Role Overview

Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns via

  WhatsApp (Interakt), email, and Instagram DMs

• Make follow-up or feedback

  calls

  to customers when necessary
• Coordinate with the

  warehouse team

  to resolve order-related issues such as delays, exchanges, or returns
• Maintain clear internal documentation and ticket tracking
• Work closely with the

  operations team

  and report to the

  Ops Lead

• Assist in conducting customer

  surveys

  and gathering feedback for process improvement
• Learn and use tools such as

  Shopify

  and our internal software systems (training will be provided)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proficiency in

  professional English

  (written and spoken)
• Must have own

  laptop

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work from our

  HSR Layout warehouse, 6 days a week
