Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Ensure stock is accurately received, recorded, stored, and dispatched. Maintain clean, real-time stock levels and resolve discrepancies immediately. SOP Compliance: Enforce and maintain warehouse SOPs across processes like stock intake, storage, QC, dispatch, and returns. Dispatch Oversight: Monitor daily order dispatches to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and packaging standards are met. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with local supply chain vendors and transport providers to ensure timely inbound stock deliveries. Team Supervision: Lead warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and ensure productivity and discipline across operations. Reporting & Escalations: Flag inventory or process issues promptly to the Head of Operations and maintain clear logs of warehouse activities.
