About the Company

THRD Clothing is a Direct-to-Customer (D2C) mens streetwear brand delivering high-quality garments at unbeatable prices. We work directly with export-grade manufacturers and operate a lean, tech-driven backend to ensure efficiency at every stage — from production to fulfillment.

7,000–8,000 orders shipped monthly

Role Overview

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records including
bookkeeping, data entry
, and
ledgers
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
, including vendor and customer reconciliation
Perform
bank reconciliations
and monitor transaction accuracy
Reconcile
GST and TDS reports
with internal books (filing handled externally)
Assist in
inventory accounting
in coordination with the warehouse and ops teams
Support
monthly financial reporting
and documentation
Coordinate with external CA/audit firms and provide required data
Work with internal tools,
Tally
, and
Excel
for tracking and reporting

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
13 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in
Tally
and
MS Excel
Understanding of
GST and TDS reconciliation processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Must have own
laptop
Must be able to work from
HSR Layout warehouse office
, 6 days a week

Nice to Have

Experience in
D2C, retail, or e-commerce brands
Familiarity with
inventory accounting and cost tracking
