About The Team
As a DevOps Engineer in DAP, you’ll be contributing to the design and development of the tools and platforms that empower development teams to build, test, and deploy software seamlessly. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, using modern technologies and practices. This isn't just about maintaining; it's about helping to innovate and evolve our DevOps landscape to make it easy and reliable for customers to move their data and configuration objects into their environments.You’ll be joining a team that's always aspiring to improve its ways of working and development processes to increase efficiency, security, and quality of releases. You’ll be using your unique experiences and skills to contribute to the team’s success in delivering high-value, high-quality software to our customers.
About The Role
- Design & develop scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise DevOps solutions.
- Support the adoption of standardized methodologies for CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to security standards and help implement robust vulnerability scanning and secret management solutions.
- Help optimize our systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Apply agile methodologies (Kanban) to drive continuous delivery.
- Be proud to support the software you've built, triaging and resolving issues.
- Learn and share your knowledge with others across the organization.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a computer-related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of software development or DevOps experience, with a strong focus on CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Groovy, Python.
- Familiarity with modern developer tools and practices, including version control systems (Git) and artifact repositories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
Other Qualifications:
- Understanding and experience with tools like Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory, and Vault.
- Experience in supporting or implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Knowledge of architecture and design patterns in a DevOps context.
- Experience with BDD/TDD and QA automation.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security methodologies, and system internals.
- General Linux and CLI familiarity, with strong problem-solving skills.
