Job Description: DevOps Engineer

Location: Delhi NCR

About the role

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers with 3–8 years of relevant experience to join our technology team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in building scalable infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Build, manage, and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Deploy and manage infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/EFK, or DataDog.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, storage, and security configurations.
Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of servers and applications.
Collaborate with development teams to improve build/release processes and ensure deployment reliability.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem reviews.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs, VPCs, load balancers).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, DataDog).
Familiarity with version control (Git) and branching strategies.

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Functions, Azure Functions).
Experience with blue-green/canary deployments and rollback strategies.
Knowledge of security practices in DevOps, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance.
Scripting/programming in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.
Certification in AWS/GCP/Azure DevOps/SysOps.
