Job description We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and managing scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation tools, and monitoring systems, along with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach. Location: Delhi/NCR (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid development and deployment. Automate manual processes for efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline release cycles. Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively resolve issues. Manage cloud resources (AWS / Azure / GCP) with cost optimization in mind. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes). Ensure compliance with best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot complex system issues across applications, infrastructure, and networking. Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI. Expertise in containerization & orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation. Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Shell . Experience with monitoring & logging tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, or Datadog. Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration . Familiarity with networking, load balancers, and firewalls . Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Additional Information The candidate should have their own laptop.
