Job Summary:

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines

  for seamless code integration, automated testing, and reliable deployments.
• Manage and optimize

  AWS infrastructure

  , including services like

  EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, Route 53, RDS, and CloudWatch

  .
• Set up and maintain

  S3 bucket configurations

  , permissions, and static site hosting setups.
• Configure

  Elastic Beanstalk environments

  for scalable and resilient deployments.
• Implement and manage

  bastion hosts for secure SSH access

  to internal cloud resources.
• Install and configure

  SSL certificates via Certbot (Let's Encrypt)

  for secure HTTPS connections.
• Establish

  Git branch management policies

  , including protected branches, role-based merge permissions, and pull request enforcement.
• Monitor system health, logs, and deployments to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers for infrastructure improvements and release automation.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like

  CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CLI

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years

  of experience in

  DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure management

  roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  AWS services

  : EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, Route 53, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.
• Proficiency in

  CI/CD tools

  such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Knowledge of

  Linux system administration, SSH key management, and networking fundamentals

  .
• Experience configuring

  SSL certificates with Certbot/Let’s Encrypt

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Git workflows, branch protection rules, merge permissions, and PR-based deployments

  .
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  Dockerized deployments

  and container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, or EKS).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog).
• Exposure to cost optimization practices within AWS environments.
• Experience with setting up static site hosting (React/Next.js apps) via S3 + CloudFront.
