About NAF:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.

• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps Pipelines, permissions, agent pools, and environments with proper governance.

• Deploy workloads on AKS using Helm and ArgoCD; enable GitOps-based continuous delivery.

• Contribute to Self-Service Portals using React/Angular and Azure DevOps REST APIs; build Azure BOTs / MS Teams BOTs for automation.

• Integrate systems with New Relic; establish actionable dashboards and intelligent alerting.

• Configure VNets, routing, load balancers; deliver strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Leverage GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools for code and automation assistance.

• Apply DevSecOps practices for identity, secrets, and compliance controls.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and leadership to align automation, reliability, and delivery goals.

Core Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles.

• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, ArgoCD.

• Experience developing Self-Service Portals using React/Angular with Azure DevOps APIs.

• Familiarity with Azure BOT Framework, MS Teams BOTs, and API Integrations.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and incident troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI development tools.

• Azure or DevOps certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus. Additional Responsibilities

• Developer Experience & Enablement: o Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to enhance Developer Experience (DevEx) by creating reusable CI/CD templates, automation blueprints, and environment provisioning modules.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: o Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and configuration documentation to promote consistency, scalability, and faster onboarding within the DevOps and SRE ecosystem.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: o Research and evaluate emerging DevOps tools, AI integrations, and observability frameworks to enhance productivity and automation coverage across the delivery pipeline.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with product, QA, and SRE teams to ensure seamless deployments, effective rollback strategies, and proper version of governance across environments.
