Job Description

Role Description: Provides advanced support and operational ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.

Resolves complex L2 incidents, monitors workflows and integrations, and collaborates with HR, IT, and business teams. Develops and automates the system

enhancements when capacity allows, bridging the gap between day-to-day operations and platform improvements.


General Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for L2 support, troubleshooting complex issues in SuccessFactors modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Employee Central, Time &

Attendance, etc.) and escalating when necessary.

• Monitor system performance, data integrity, batch jobs, and integrations, proactively identifying issues to minimise business disruption.

• Investigate and resolve integration failures and workflow issues, collaborating with internal

IT, HR teams, and external vendors as needed.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and configuration updates to ensure operational continuity

and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures, contributing to the team’s knowledge base.

• Support testing cycles (UAT, system, regression) to validate fixes, configurations, and workflow updates.

• When capacity allows, design and implement automation, workflow improvements, and configuration enhancements to reduce recurring issues and increase efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for system improvements and assist in implementing solutions.

Education & Experience:

Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules depending on team

allocation (EC, Rec & Onb, Perf & Goals, Comp & Var Pay, Succ & Dev)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into functional system configurations.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
