Job Description

Experience Range: 7-14 Years Domain: BFSI Job Responsibilities: Working in an agile framework, developing DevOps based Automation solutions like building CI/CD pipeline, automated deployments & verification, containerization, blue/green deployments etc. Regularly reviewing processes and identify areas for optimization to improve the whole lifecycle of our products – deployment, operation. Scaling systems safely through mechanisms like automation and observability Writing clear and detailed documentation of DevOps processes and best practices for department reference and knowledge sharing. Working with IT colleagues globally across several front / middle / back-end / operation teams ensuring seamless integration of solutions. Skills: Strong experience in DevOps covering Release Automation by using infra of morgan Blue/Green Deployment Observability – OTel, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus/Cortex, Tempo Exposure to these technologies API and message-based architecture Load balancer, ZooKeeper (Basic knowledge) Docker / Podman / Kubernetes Jenkins pipeline / Github Actions Cloud offerings such as Azure and AWS Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef (desirable) Linux (Intermediate) Knowledge in scripting languages (eg. Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell) Strong scripting experience in languages like Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Knowledge in any modern programming languages (eg. Java / C# / Scala) are desirable Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Must be familiar with code management tools such as git/stash Agile software development experience, preferably Scrum Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills.
