DevOps & AIOps Expert

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary DevOps & AIOps Expert to lead the automation, monitoring, and intelligent operations of our IT infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps practices alongside AIOps capabilities to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and enable proactive issue resolution using artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires a deep understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability tools, and AI-driven Responsibilities : Responsibilities : Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Maintain secure and scalable cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) including compute, storage, and networking. Optimize build and deployment processes for performance, repeatability, and reliability. Implement and enforce DevOps best practices for code quality, release management, and version Responsibilities : Deploy and configure AIOps platforms (e.g., Moogsoft, BigPanda, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or IBM Watson AIOps). Implement machine learning-based anomaly detection and root cause analysis systems. Aggregate and analyze logs, metrics, and traces to derive operational insights and automate alert management. Integrate AI-driven automation for incident detection, diagnosis, and remediation. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to build self-healing systems. Continuously evaluate emerging AIOps technologies to enhance operational Skills Required : Stack : : Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, : Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, : Docker, : Kubernetes, : Python, Bash, : Git, GitHub, : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Platforms : : (EC2, S3, Lambda, : (VMs, App Services, Cloud Platform : (GKE, Tools : Moogsoft, BigPanda, Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, Datadog Log & Metric Analysis : ELK stack, Fluentd, Logstash, Frameworks : Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), Jupyter Notebooks (for custom : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6+ years of experience in DevOps; 2+ years working with AIOps platforms. Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, site reliability engineering (SRE), and IT operations. Experience with monitoring, observability, and AI-driven automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
