Job Description

A talented Developer is needed to drive enterprise projects and shape architectural initiatives through seamless technical integrations, insightful reporting, and dynamic dashboard development. This pivotal role involves managing essential tools, ensuring smooth platform interoperability, and delivering precise reports that empower leadership with strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise project and architecture initiatives through technical expertise and platform integration.
  • Manage and integrate key platforms, including Jira, Power BI, and budget trackers, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, summarizing performance metrics and project status for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, project tracking requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve integration or data issues across tools and systems.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes and integrations, contributing to knowledge repositories and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application integration, technical support, or reporting/dashboard development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Power BI, with the ability to design dashboards and integrate workflows.
  • Familiarity with budget/integration systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
