Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing printer support, troubleshooting problems, and delivering efficient desk support. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently to resolve user issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers and providing Desk Top Support
• Technical Support skills with a focus on hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Experience in providing Printer Support and managing peripheral devices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role within the IT domain is preferred
