We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting IT problems, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, software, and applications.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions in Active Directory or M365.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Support printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other peripheral devices.
• Ensure anti-virus, patching, and security policies are up to date on all systems.
• Handle incident logging, tracking, and resolution through the IT ticketing system.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and office moves as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience in Active Directory, user profile management, and group policies
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience
• Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL Foundation

Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
