Job Title: Business Development Executive – US Market (Night Shift, Female Only)

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and relationship development for the US market. This is a full-time, on-site night shift opportunity based in Noida, ideal for a candidate with prior international business development exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads from the US market through outbound channels
• Conduct client meetings and presentations via calls or video conferencing
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless onboarding and delivery
• Maintain lead status and activity updates on CRM tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to client acquisition

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or international sales (US market preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong client handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Prior experience in B2B or staffing/recruitment services (preferred)
• Comfortable working in US time zone (night shift)
• Must be available to work on-site from Noida office

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Postgraduates are welcome, but not mandatory
