Role & Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (Female)

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly to clients.
  • Maintain strong communication with existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update the CRM regularly.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Handle client queries and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Participate in promotions, events, and marketing activities when required.
