Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
