Job Description

Position Overview: IREZ Academy Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to schedule and conduct seminars at colleges and educational institutions, effectively communicating with decision-makers and presenting our certification courses to large groups of students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to foster strong relationships with educational partners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish contact with decision-makers in colleges and educational institutions. Schedule and coordinate seminars to present our courses. Deliver engaging and informative presentations to large groups of students. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for seminars. Track and report on seminar outcomes and feedback to improve future presentations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position IREZ Academy’s courses. Attend networking events and conferences to promote our courses. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or educational outreach. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for seminars and meetings. Preferred Attributes: Previous experience in the handling seminars or presenting papers to a open crowd.
