About the Role

Groovy Beverages is looking for a female professional with strong hospitality instincts and a flair for relationship-building to drive our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) partnerships. The role is ideal for someone with a background in Hotels, Aviation, or Event Planning, who enjoys creating premium brand experiences and building meaningful client connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA clients including hotels, cafés, restaurants, and event partners.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with F&B managers, purchase heads, and business owners to enhance brand presence.
• Plan and execute sampling drives, tasting sessions, and on-site activations to promote the Groovy portfolio.
• Negotiate commercial terms, placements, and visibility opportunities aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations, timely supply, and client servicing.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality sector.
• Represent Groovy Beverages at key hospitality, food, and lifestyle events.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 2–6 years in Hotels, Aviation, Event Management, or Lifestyle Partnerships.
• Strong network within the hospitality or events ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and able to represent a premium brand image.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
