Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop and application support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, ensuring smooth IT operations in patient care areas.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and hospital-specific peripherals.
Perform operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows & basic Linux).
Resolve LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues Collaborate with IT team and clinical departments to resolve complex technical problems with minimal downtime.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, service requests, and resolutions in line with hospital IT policies. Provide on-site support during emergencies and ensure critical systems run without interruption.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field with Min 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
Strong problem-solving attitude, customer service mind-set, and willingness to work in shifts if required
