About the Role: We are looking for a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to prepare, test, deliver, and maintain client machines. You’ll ensure all systems are fully operational before handover and provide on-site or remote support whenever issues arise. Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and test desktops, laptops, and peripherals before delivery. Ensure all machines meet performance and security standards. Deliver and install systems at client sites. Provide timely on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain documentation of equipment and support activities. Requirements: Diploma or degree in IT or related field. 1–3 years of desktop or field support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and basic networking. Good communication and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
