Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Desktop Support Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our users. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, assisting users with technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Perform OS installation, configuration, and upgrades on desktop systems.
Provide hardware networking support, including troubleshooting and repair of network issues.
Conduct regular maintenance and repair of desktop hardware to ensure optimal performance.
Assist users with Microsoft Outlook and OST file management, ensuring seamless email communication.
Utilize ticketing tools to track and resolve user issues efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, providing timely solutions.
Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance overall service delivery and support.
Document technical procedures and user guides to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in desktop support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, and networking principles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop environments.
Experience with ticketing tools and customer support processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
