Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for incidents escalated from L1 team.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of OS, hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and support Windows/Mac workstation environments.
  • Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Active Directory users: password reset, account unlock, group membership changes.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity issues.
  • Identify root cause of recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Perform patch updates, OS upgrades, and security compliance checks.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation on service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
  • Coordinate with L3/Engineering teams for unresolved issues and new deployments.
  • Provide remote support for users using remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, SCCM, RDP etc.).
  • Support O365/Email services: Outlook, OneDrive, Teams troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data backup and recovery procedures on endpoints.
  • Provide support during IT deployments, migrations, and onboarding/offboarding activities.

Skills & Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and basic Linux familiarity.
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP basics.
  • Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Endpoint security tools (Antivirus, DLP, EDR platforms).
  • Experience with SCCM/Intune for device configuration and software deployment.
  • Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi.
  • ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Good analytical and root cause resolution skills.

  • Location: Sector 6 Dwarka, Delhi, 110075
  • Education: Technical Graduate
  • Minimum Exp required: 4-5 years (Experience in a hospital environment will be considered a plus.)
  • Shift Timings: 8 AM to 8 PM (2 shifts)
  • Workdays: 6 days working

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to work in shift environment (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
