Job Description

1. On-Site Technical Support: Attend client site visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, software applications, antivirus, and basic networking. Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.). 2. Networking Support: Basic troubleshooting of LAN, switches, Wi-Fi routers, IP addressing, and connectivity issues. Setup and configure network printers and shared devices. 3. Customer Coordination: Interact with customers to understand complaints and provide timely technical solutions. Provide updates on job status, pending issues, and estimated completion time. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure service quality. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service reports, call logs, and installation records. Update service team on pending issues and escalate complex problems. 5. Field Work Management: Travel to multiple client locations daily as per service calls. Ensure tools, spare parts, and documentation are carried during field visits. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware Windows OS installation & troubleshooting Basic networking (LAN, IP, router setup) Printer installation and troubleshooting Good communication and customer handling Ability to work independently in the field Qualification: Diploma / BE / BSc (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) 1–5 years of field support experience HR CONTACT NUMBER : 7845764900 / 7708110473
