Design Coordinator

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of design drawings and documents.
• Review architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings for coordination, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure design deliverables align with project scope, budgets, timelines, and brand standards.
• Track design schedules, submissions, approvals, and revisions across all disciplines.
• Facilitate design coordination meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Manage design changes, value engineering proposals, and revisions in coordination with stakeholders.
• Support site teams by resolving design-related queries and clarifications.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and regulatory norms.
• Assist management with design reports, progress updates, and presentations.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Design Coordinator or similar role in real estate or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design coordination.
• Experience working on residential or luxury real estate projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design coordination tools (knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of design quality and execution.
