Job Title: Design Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Design Coordinator to support our creative and production teams. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, the ability to understand and work on presentations (PPT) and storyboards, and effectively coordinate projects with internal teams. A keen interest in visual and digital content, along with a willingness to learn new tools, including AI-based platforms, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating projects and tracking day-to-day tasks
• Support content creation through basic writing, documentation, and presentations (PPT)
• Understand, review, and help develop storyboards in coordination with the design and content teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
• Review storyboards, content, and visuals for accuracy, flow, and quality
• Learn and work with new tools, including AI-based platforms, as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good English writing and communication skills
• Ability to understand and create presentations (PPT) and basic storyboards
• Understanding of storyboard writing and visual flow
• Basic knowledge or interest in visual design and digital content
• Ability to coordinate projects effectively with internal teams
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including AI tools
• Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
