Deputy Warehouse Manager

Company Description

Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. (iLabs Group) is building a high-volume PCBA manufacturing platform serving AC, IoT, networking and appliance controller markets. The warehouse function is critical to ensuring accurate material flow, ESD-safe handling, SMT kitting and timely movement of components for 24/7 production operations.

Role Description:

The Warehouse Deputy Manager will manage inbound, receiving, MSD storage, ESD handling, SMT kitting, issuance, WIP movement, cycle counts, safety, 5S, ERP/WMS transactions and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RECEIVING & STORAGE

• Perform incoming inspections vs PO.

• Manage MSD storage in Dry Cabinets/N2 per J-STD-033.

• Ensure ESD-safe handling and storage.

KITTING & ISSUANCE

• Execute SMT kitting for BOMs.

• Maintain FIFO with date code tracking.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

SAFETY & ORGANIZATION

• Maintain 5S across warehouse.

• Enforce safety protocols for material handling.

TEAM MANAGEMENT & SCHEDULING

• Supervise WH leads & associates.

• Train staff on MSD handling, tape splicing.

• Manage shift performance and coverage.

WMS & SYSTEMS

• Ensure accurate ERP/WMS data entry.

• Troubleshoot location/movement issues.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Investigate material discrepancies.

• Implement improvements in flow & storage.

STRATEGIC DESIGN & SETUP

• Design warehouse layout for SMT materials.

• Implement WMS/ERP modules for barcode/RFID traceability.

BUDGET & PERFORMANCE

• Establish warehouse budget.

• Report KPIs: Inventory Accuracy, Cycle Count Compliance, Lead Time.

COMPLIANCE & AUDIT

• Ensure ESD flooring, wrist straps, grounding compliance.

• Manage logistics partner relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• J-STD-033, ESD best practices.

• Component identification basics.

• FIFO, cycle counting expertise.

• 5S, warehouse safety.

• Leadership & scheduling.

• ERP/WMS proficiency.

• RCA and Excel skills.

• WH/logistics experience with SMT materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate/Diploma in supply chain/warehouse/logistics.

• 5+ years experience in electronics warehouse.
