Deputy Sales Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Increasing market awareness of the company & the brand in the given area. Developing business, and marketing plans for the region. Achieving Sales & Collection targets of their region. Negotiating and finalising project contracts with customers. Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management. Develop strong relationship with key customers like RMCS, Developers/ Builders/ Large construction companies,Govt. agencies, etc. Generate sales inquiries and Prepare order-specific sales plans, as required. To provide technical support to clients and facilitate the sales. Handle the current business and target new customers & segments to generate new business Achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets in the assigned territory. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant market information. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance. Preferred candidate profile 5- 7 years of Experience. Nature of experience - He should have worked in the Cement manufacturing Industry or Construction Chemical Industry. Any additional experience in Ready Mix Concrete or at Construction site will be considered as a advantage to the job profile Specific skills / Personal attributes: Good in communication, Confident, Self Motivated, Analytical abilities, Hardworking, Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills
