Deputy Sales Manager

As a Deputy Sales Manager at AIOI Systems India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales activities and business development in locations primarily covering Gurugram, New Delhi & Noida, and nearby areas. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationship management. You will also be tasked with analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Management. Your ability to effectively manage customer relationships and conduct market analysis will be key to your success. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for this position, along with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in the 3PL, Warehousing, Logistics, E-Commerce, Factory Automation, or Distribution Automation industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, while a background in B. Tech/B.E. - Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation would be advantageous. Familiarity with Pick-to-Light/Put-to-Light systems is a bonus.
