Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Deputy Sales Manager, based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes overseeing the sales team, handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Deputy Sales Manager will also be in charge of market analysis and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Strong skills in sales strategy development and market analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
• Experience with international logistics and customs clearance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
