Job Summary:

The Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing will play a key role in driving sales performance, formulating marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to maximise performance.
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes – lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for digital, print, and outdoor advertising initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support in developing marketing materials, project presentations, and sales collaterals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and after-sales support.
  • Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth handover process.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and market reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
