Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  sales of secured business loans

  (LAP, mortgage, and secured SME loans) within the

  Kolar region

  .
• Source new business through

  DSAs, connectors, and direct acquisition channels

  .
• Manage

  customer acquisition, loan documentation, and credit processing

  end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  customers, channel partners, and local business networks

  .
• Achieve

  monthly and quarterly disbursement targets

  .
• Coordinate with

  credit and operations teams

  to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursals.
• Conduct

  market mapping and competitor tracking

  to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure

  compliance

  with company policies, lending norms, and

  RBI regulations

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  secured loans, business loans, or mortgage sales

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  loan products and credit assessment

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and relationship management

  skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong local network.
  
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related field).
  
• Local market knowledge of

  Kolar / Karnataka

  is a strong advantage.
