Deputy Sales Manager Secured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for

  Secured Business Loans

  , including

  LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans

• Manage and grow the

  DSA vertical

  to achieve monthly business targets
• Generate business through

  open market and field sales activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
  
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company credit and compliance policies
  
• Track daily sales performance and report to senior management
  
• Support documentation, login, and disbursement processes to ensure timely closures
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Maximum age:

  35 years

• Minimum

  25 years of experience

  in secured loan sales
• Mandatory experience in

  LAP / Mortgage Loans / Home Loans

• Strong exposure to

  DSA handling and open market sales

• Good knowledge of the Coimbatore market
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field teams
  
• Local market and competitor knowledge
  
• Basic understanding of credit and loan documentation
