Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  sales of secured business loans

  (LAP, mortgage, and secured SME loans) within the assigned territory.
• Source new business through

  DSAs, connectors, and direct channels

  .
• Handle

  customer acquisition

  ,

  loan documentation

  , and

  credit processing

  with end-to-end responsibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with

  existing customers and channel partners

  .
• Ensure

  achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

  .
• Work closely with

  credit and operations teams

  for smooth loan disbursal.
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with all

  company policies and RBI guidelines

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  secured loans, business loans, or mortgage sales

  .
• Strong understanding of

  loan products, underwriting, and documentation processes

  .
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation

  skills.
• Proven ability to

  achieve sales targets

  and build client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
  
• Local market knowledge of

  Sriperumbudur / Tamil Nadu region

  is an added advantage.
