Role & responsibilities Increasing market awareness of the company & the brand in the given area. Developing business, and marketing plans for the region. Achieving Sales & Collection targets of their region. Negotiating and finalising project contracts with customers. Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management. Develop strong relationship with key customers like RMCS, Developers/ Builders/ Large construction companies,Govt. agencies, etc. Generate sales inquiries and Prepare order-specific sales plans, as required. To provide technical support to clients and facilitate the sales. Handle the current business and target new customers & segments to generate new business Achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets in the assigned territory. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant market information. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance. Preferred candidate profile 5- 7 years of Experience. Nature of experience - He should have worked in the Cement manufacturing Industry or Construction Chemical Industry. Role & responsibilities Providing technical services to existing customers for correct application of Waterproofing, Technical Mortars, Sealants. Adhesives, expansion joint treatments, etc. Identifying and overseeing of Work Fronts via Engineers or Supervisors at site on regular basis Material, manpower, tools planning for work completion. Work schedule confirmation and planning as per projects requirements Supervising the work execution (application of various waterproofing solutions) at assigned project sites and managing the workers. Tracking and keeping record of daily/ weekly progresses as per work schedule and sharing reports/ feedback with senior management on regular basis. Maintaining the quality of executed works as per approved methodology and drawings Root Cause Analysis and rectification. Coordination internal as well as with client for Certification and billing of completed works on time Monitoring of billing progress and pending bills. Checking and coordinating internally and with client if any Amendment of works order is required. Developing good relations with existing customers and increasing product awareness Training applicators/ workers about executing project as per recommended & approved methodology. Conducting trails/ sampling and mockup of various ECMAS solutions Attending Customer Complaints and providing technical solutions Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance. Ensure adherence to the job site safety norms and procedures Subjective: - Daily, Weekly & Monthly planning & reporting of work progress at various projects. Ensure correct application of products, meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index. Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualifications : B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engg. Work Experience : 5 - 10 years of work experience in the similar industry. Nature of experience : He should be experienced in application and supervision of various Construction Chemicals; different Waterproofing Solutions (liquid applied membranes, sheet membranes, integral waterproofing, Construction & Expansion Joints Treatments, Injection Grouting, Structural Repairs, Floorings, etc. Specific skills / Personal attributes :Good in communication, Confident, Self-Motivated, Hardworking, Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills
