Deputy Manager (Sales)

The Deputy Manager (Sales) will play a crucial role in boosting sales and expanding the client base for our Industrial Tapes , Adhesives and Abrasives Company in the Hyderabad Region. This position requires a proactive approach to market trends, client needs, and team management to achieve targets and foster long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote the company's services.
• Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the Industrial Adhesives, Abrasives and Tapes related experience.
• Strong understanding of the Industrial sales.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
