Salary range: Rs 250000 - Rs 450000 (ie INR 2.5-4.5 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: LucknowJobType: full-timeThe Deputy Manager will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, managing and retaining team members, and ensuring efficient operations across the assigned geography. This role demands strong leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills to drive consistent business outcomes in the mortgage and home loan segment.

  • Area/Geography Mapping:
  • Allocate territories and geographies among team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to track and optimize geographic coverage.
  • Conduct regular audits of area mapping and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with all loan sourcing partners within the assigned region.
  • Ensure continued engagement and productivity from all sources.
  • Conduct daily joint calls with team members, including site visits with sourcing partners and direct sales calls with potential clients.
  • Provide mentorship and on-the-ground support to drive conversions.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand the loan sourcing network.
  • Ensure active participation and performance from channel partners.
  • Lead daily team huddles to communicate targets, review progress, and resolve operational issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Oversee adherence to defined sales processes, Loan Management System (LMS) protocols, and daily tracking mechanisms.
  • Review performance and documentation of all team members regularly.
  • Act as the key liaison between the team and the credit department for application processing.
  • Provide timely updates to the team on loan application statuses and resolve processing issues.
