Job Description

Ubique Systems is hiring.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 7-10 years

Role: Deputy Manager Sales (Freight Forwarding Division)

JD:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of annual revenue and GP targets.
Timely collections as per customer credit limits and terms.
Monthly RFQ generation and lead conversion rates.
Number of new clients acquired and developed.
Client retention and engagement scores.
Fieldwork effectiveness and call averages as per company benchmarks.

Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–10 years of sales experience in
freight forwarding or logistics.
Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, trade lanes, and logistics processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
