Deputy Manager - Sales

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and self driven Cloud Sales professional to lead strategic customer engagement for IFTAS’ Banking Cloud (IBC) and allied services. The ideal candidate will have understanding of cloud solutioning and experience in financial sector sales, and a track record of engaging in B2B enterprise Sales opportunities. 

Experience:
6+ Years of experience in IT/Cloud Solutions in BFSI industry Preferred to have understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud security, and compliance frameworks

Knowledge:
1. Strong presentation and communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospect engagements 3. Strong understanding of cloud technologies is desirable.

Skills:
1. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. 2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. 4. Understanding of technology, preferably cloud technology 5. Presentation & Demo Skills:  6. Fluent in English

1. Manage end-to-end sales cycle for cloud offering — from prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal creation, to closure. 
2. Work in close coordination with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs and engage on PoCs if required 3. Engage with senior leadership at Banks and NBFCs to understand their technology needs and propose tailored cloud solutions. 4. Conduct presentations to prospective clients. 5. Maintain and update accurate client data, pipeline status, and forecast details. 6. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.  7. Keep abreast of competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies in cloud services within the BFSI space.  8. Provide feedback from the BFS community to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.  9. Prepare sales reports and maintain regular MIS
